The Product
Charlie Mike is desktop voice-to-text software for Windows. It runs locally on your machine using your GPU for transcription. It is sold as a one-time purchase with optional annual renewal for model updates.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Charlie Mike on the number of PCs specified by your plan (2 for Professional, 5 for Lifetime). You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software.
Free Trial
Charlie Mike offers a 14-day free trial with full features using a smaller transcription model. No credit card is required. The trial ends automatically after 14 days.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If Charlie Mike doesn't work for you, email hello@charliemike.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
System Requirements
Charlie Mike requires Windows 10 or later and an NVIDIA GPU with at least 4GB VRAM for optimal performance. CPU-only mode is available but slower. You are responsible for verifying your hardware meets these requirements before purchasing. The 14-day free trial exists for this purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Charlie Mike is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that transcription will be error-free or that the software will be compatible with all hardware configurations. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, microphone hardware, and GPU capability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Charlie Mike or David Marshall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
